Helen Norton

Helen Norton has been with Gates and Moloney since October 2002 having previously completed her training in Brighton. Helen became a partner in 2007 jointly with her father, the late Philip Norton. Helen is Past President and past Secretary of Worthing Law Society.

Helen completed her law degree at King's College London graduating with a 2:1 and studied the Legal Practice course at the College of Law in Guildford.
Helen ran the Family Law Department at Gates and Moloney from 2002 until 2011. Helen now deals with Wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney and residential conveyancing

Gabrielle Wagstaffe
Solicitor/Director/Supervisor
Gabrielle Wagstaffe completed her degree at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge and the Legal Practice course at the College of Law, London. She qualified in 2008 and concentrates on all aspects of family law, residential conveyancing, Wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney.

Gabrielle's work covers all areas of Family Law including divorce and financial remedy, child contact and residence matters, advising families in relation to child welfare matters, change of name deeds, and advising in relation to domestic violence issues.
