Helen Norton has been with Gates and Moloney since October 2002 having previously completed her training in Brighton. Helen became a partner in 2007 jointly with her father, the late Philip Norton. Helen is Past President and currently Secretary of Worthing Law Society.
Helen completed her law degree at King's College London graduating with a 2:1 and studied the Legal Practice course at the College of Law in Guildford.
Helen ran the Family Law Department at Gates and Moloney from 2002 until 2011 and is an accredited member of Resolution. Helen now heads the Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney department, taking over her late father's work.
Gabrielle Wagstaffe completed her degree at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge and the Legal Practice course at the College of Law, London. She qualified in 2008 and concentrates on all aspects of Family Law. As of January 2013 Gabrielle joins Helen as a Director of Gates and Moloney.
Gabrielle trained at a firm that specialises in Family Law in Brighton and then moved to London where she continued practicing, she has recently returned to Sussex and joined Gates and Moloney in 2011.
Gabrielle's work covers all areas of Family Law including divorce and financial remedy, child contact and residence matters, advising families in relation to child welfare matters, change of name deeds, and advising in relation to domestic violence issues.
Paula Williams qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and has over 25 years’ worth of experience of dealing with residential property. She trained in Wiltshire and moved to Sussex in 2001. She worked for a firm of solicitors in Brighton for almost 20 years and was Head of Residential Conveyancing for the last 10 years. Over that time, she built up a good reputation and she is now well known in the Sussex area. She deals with all aspects of residential property and has extensive experience of dealing with both leasehold and freehold property.
